Hole In The Wall

5

resturants & pubs

Dublin, Ireland

1. P. Mac's

P. Mac's is a little pub/restaurant with an unorthodox environment and is usually packed with locals. It has an excellent beer selection and as strange as it sounds, famous gourmet chicken fingers along with all kinds of other options. You can't go wrong with this place, it has great food and will give you an Irish experience due to its menu options and cozy atmosphere.

2. Bernard Shaw

I ended up coming to this neat bar on my last night in Dublin with a local street artist. The inside of the bar is a bit dark and mysterious but when you walk through it, you will find a yard area with lights hanging above you. Here you will discover a double-decker bus which was turned into a pizza restaurant. Though the pizza was excellent and the drinks were affordable, this place is worth the stop for the atmosphere alone and is somewhere that most tourists won't find. Don't leave Dublin without checking it out!

3. Bull & Castle

Known for their great service and various cuts of their exemplary red meats, this place is an adorable stop in the city of Dublin. It may be busy, so be prepared to wait if need be. Also, it is a bit on the higher end of cost so plan accordingly if you want to check it out.

4. Green Bench Cafe

For only 5.50 Euros, treat yourself to the best sandwich in Dublin. The restaurant is take-out and the line is said to sometimes stretch around the street but the ordering process is very efficient and after you order it will only take about 5 minutes to get your sandwich. This is truly a must-try place and is so affordable.

5. Bunsen

One can remember this place as somewhere with small menus and BIG burgers. There's nothing better on a rainy Dublin day than a juicy, warm burger and this is the place to find them. If you need to satisfy a craving that large and enjoy a modern atmosphere without breaking the bank, I would recommend this location.
